Pump maintenance is an integral part of business. This is done so that we can ensure all customers are kept happy; operations can run smoothly all the time and there is no downtime.
Available Maintenance Packages
PREVENTATIVE maintenance package
Our standard maintenance package is our preventative maintenance. Our in-house engineer will inspect and repair your pump at specific intervals (daily, weekly or monthly) or based on the number of hours the pump runs. Visual inspections are made externally and internally by dismantling the unit, when needed we replace seals such as gaskets and mechanical seals.
emergency maintenance package
We also offer an emergency maintenance package. This is undertaken when a failure has occurred. The unit may leak, it may encounter reduced efficiency, blocked pumps or motor tripped. This can lead to a loss of production resulting in an urgent situation where parts must be sourced and fitted quickly. We are also able to assist with off-site monitoring so that there is no downtime.
